What You Can Expect From Me :
After filling out the questionnaire, I will tailor a fully custom diet and training program to you. I will analyze the feedback you give me to best guide you on your journey to fitness, and specific goals.
>>> I try to have a 24 hour turn around on plans but due to the detail I work at and guaranteeing you that no two programs have ever been, or will ever be identical since I truly customize them, expect a 2 day turn around on delivery and feel free to follow up if you have not received your program by then.
